Question about the whole travel between planets thing...

Alright I know your ships follow that line things when you travel to another planet, but what would happen if say you were traveling through that line and enemy ships were traveling the opposite way through the same line? do you stop half-way and battle it out or do they just pass by you?(Sorry I havn't played the beta so I have no idea if I am even making any sense on how the fast travel thing works)

No, it doesn't work that way :) There's no stopping in the middle, once they enter phase warp ships don't stop until they reach their destination ;)

its happened to me during a beta 3 game.. sorta bothers me. seems awfully unrealistic to me. i mean wouldnt they be able to detect them during phase warp, stop and engage them?

To have the TRUE answer of what happens, I will quote the great Lord Kosc!
