Buying the game from the store

Well i'm really looking forward to getting this game. I didn't pre-order, although i wish i had because of how much it's been killing me to not be able to play(watching videos of games is just not the same as playing one.) When i go to future shop tommorow will i be able to get it at opening? Because when i look at the clock it says 1:06:19 , so it is still 30 hours away and so that makes it comes out at 11:00 PM tommorow, after the store im going to closes  :SURPRISED: So can i still get it before it closes?

And if i can get it at opening wouldn't that mean im getting it before all of the pre-orders who've been playing beta and posting on this site for the past 1 - 5 months?

You should always call the store and ask them when they will have the box, because Stardock does not have direct control over when retailers put them on shelves (meaning, Stardock can't tell you when a particular store will have it on/after Feb 4th) :P

im fairly sure they wont let u buy til next day :P release date is based on date not time methinks

It really depends on the store. I managed to pick up WiC at my local Gamestop on day 1 (though after work, not right at opening). But other stores take a day or two to get it set up.

If your talking about the counter at the top, its actually based on your home computer.

The game ships on the fourth, and its at that point that digital downloads are allowed. However, the game is probably not going to be in stores until the day after that.

I know my local best buy wont have it until tuesday. So tommorow after school i'm going to see if walmart has it stocked, if not i'll just go home and buy the collectors edition online :). win-win situation imo.
