Download problems

My friend just baught the game but when he trys to download sins it gose at like 1kb/s is there any way of solving this he has tryed reinstalling and changing downlaod server. thx aslo it wont let him logg into sdc which is strange he says all his info is correct

If he can't log into SDC, how is he downloading the game?

Switching servers may help, but a lot can also depend on his connection and location.
