Purchasing TA

I wondering... which would be more convenient: Buying GalCiv II Gold and then buying TA, Buying the expansion bundle and the buying Dread Lords or getting the Ultimate bundle from TGN?
Also, where is the Ultimate Bundle in TGN? I couldn't find it  (:(.
Lastly, on both galciv2.com and TGN.com, what are the ways you buy the game (e.g. Paypal, Credit card, etc.)?

Ultimate is the cheapest option currently available if you don't have anything at all to start with, and is $6 off if you use the HOLIDAY-2007 coupon. If you have TGN tokens, any combination of GC2 and expansions still comes out to 8 tokens. Ultimate is not available via tokens since individual puirchases with tokens are already cheaper ($56 for all three at $7 per token) than Ultimate's standard price.

Paypal and the major US credit/debit cards are accepeted, and if you're willing to do a mail order, you could even use a cheque (but you'll want to contact sales@stardock.com for further info about that if you need it). Do note that Paypal can't be used with coupons, though.

Then I have a prediciment: I am Canadian. Would you accept Canadian Credit/debit cards?
