Surrendering

There should be a new option to surrender to other empires, much like they surrender to you. Sometimes I`m losing and don`t want to fight it out to the bitter end but I do want to see what my score was and whatnot..

Right now this is practically accomplished by handing over all your assets in the trade screen, but I`d just like a quicker 'surrender' option.
