Major account problem.

Hey, first post and i've just purchased the game, I put this here because its long and I didn't want to clutter the technical feedback thread with what might be a stardock client problem. I've bought dread lords through the stardock client so I know the basics however I haven't been part of a beta before.

I went to register the game after I purchased it, using the menu buttons, wondering why it wasn't showing up in the client. So I registered using the serial and sure enough it showed up as the demo.

After realising I needed to select the 'show pre-release button' I did and downloaded the full game, however now when the install comes to activate using the same number I get the error

I've tried reinstalling and get the same error.

I've tried right clicking to activate and I get this error in the stardock client.

Double clicking the exe brings me to the activation screen, where I try to activate.

I get an Error Activating the product message.

I've had a look just now and I can't see a sig.bin file in that main directory at all.

Please contact support@stardock.com. You should receive an automated response shortly after you send the mail with your ticket number; if you don't, check your spam/bulk folders.

If you can't email support or get no response at all, you can submit a ticket directly through this page. Just click next, then fill out the form and submit it (no need to log in or register there).

Thank you, if anyone else has this problem just ask for serial codes to be sent to your email address.

They were vastly different to those I received at registration, which I printed out, so i'm not quite sure what happened. Perhaps they were beta 1 serial codes? Anyway thank you for the advice.

You probably were using your order number?  The serial you get is yours forever.
