No demo tell April :(

I hear that the game is really good and I'm looking forward to getting it but the only problem is that their is no demo out yet. I like the screenshots and the reviews but I want to be able to play the game for myself first. I don't commonly buy games over $20 without playing the demo or playing it at a friends house. So if you could could you release the demo sooner so I can try the game and maybe buy it. Thanx

Doing a demo is not easy. For one thing, we have to get GalCiv into a reasonable size for downloading without sacrificing some of the nicer things about the game.

You can't just throw up a 500 megabyte demo.
