Registration Issues

So I preordered the game using paypal and I go the confirmation email. But when I try to register the serial number to get the beta stardock central says that it doesn't recognize the email address. =\

Er any ideas?

Are you registering it with the same email address you purchased it with? If not, you'll need to contact support@stardock.com and request an account merge.

I see Sins in your Stardock.net account. Make sure you're using the same email address and password in Stardock Central as you are for the forums. Stardock Central will grab your Sins registration automatically (make sure you have Show pre-release versions checked at the bottom).

well, I see it in my account now. But when I try to download it, nothing happens. (I right click on Sins and select download from the drop down menu)

To the right, (where you see the games name) do you see the word DEMO? Cause if you do, you havent put in your key.

To put in your key, in Stardock Central go tools/settings/games find the sins and put in the serial.

After that, you should see "install" where Demo was before

Make sure you have 'show prerelease versions' checked at the bottom of SDC. You'll then get an Install button when you select Sins in the list.

well, now i have another problem... I installed the game. but I can't seem to activate the game. I was able to "register" the game but when I try to play the game it asks me to activate it and the information I used to "register" doesn't work. =\ Not to mention, the serial numbers that I found from my forum account is different from the one I got in the sales confirmation email and the email I get when I "look up serial number".

Crazyness.

Activation server was acting up this morning/early afternoon, it should be working now so give it another try.

That's normal, any of them should work.
