Explorer windows disappear if Taskbar Preview is enabled w/ Transparency software (including windowf

I've had to uninstall all Transparency software to get the Taskbar Preview in WindowFX to function correctly; if used long enough with other transparency software, even with its own explorer window transparency feature, it will cause minimized windows to be invisible when you maximize or restore them.

I'm using WindowFX 3.0 (32-bit)
I have XP Pro
ATI Radeon X1900 XTX with latest Catalyst drivers.

Any help or fixes for this would be dearly appreciated - thanks in advance:)

Jakobkraft: Do you have SP2 applied?

In regards to the "explorer window transparency feature", are you referring to 'Application transparency' or 'Transparency effects'?

I do have SP2 applied.
And I was referring to Application transparency. For example, if I set Microsoft Word 2003 to be partially transparent through WindowFX, once I minimize it and run my mouse over the taskbar button to generate a preview thumbnail, the screen will flicker. Then when I click on the taskbar button to restore Microsoft Word, I get an invisible window.
This also happens if I have an application set to be partially transparent via another program, like Glass2K, ALphaXP, etc. If I don't have the taskbar preview thumbnail feature enabled in WindowFX, then this doesn't happen.

Any ideas or advice on how to fix?
