Just bought DA, but it won't download

from GalCiv2 Forums
Just bought DA. Updated and restarted stardock, it logs in, and starts downloading gc2_DarkAvatar.sdc (~ 250MB). When its finished, 100%, it starts all over again! Presumably some checksum error?

I've done this a few times now, but no luck.
Any thoughts?

If you have an anti-virus or firewall app running, try temporarily disabling it.

I'm unable to reproduce this locally. Please make sure you have any anti-virus, firewalls, or anti-spyware software turned off during the installation/download. Sometimes these programs will lock the .sdc file and cause a failure. Also, for the time being, please make sure that Show pre-release versions isn't checked in Stardock Central (it'll be at the bottom). If you still have trouble, please email support@stardock.com

Please try the following:

-Run the file here: http://sd.stardock.com/mike/apps/remove_sdc.bat
-Restart your computer
-Reinstall SDC from here: http://sdc.stardock.com/sdcentral_setup.exe
