Shipping DA

I was deciding weather to order the box copy or DL. How much is shipping (USA). I didn't want to fill out all the info and then find out the shipping was too much. Also is there any type of manual in the boxed version?

Shipping is $5 within North America or $10 elsewhere.  Dark Avatar only comes with a disc (there's a PDF manual on the CD).

The Gold Edition retail box contains GalCiv II and Dark Avatar. It contains a 96-page printed manual and hotkey card.

Yarlen can we just get the hotkey card, or at least a d/l version for those of us who already have GCII and have DA pre-ordered or are purchasing the online d/l only?

What sort of shipping method does Stardock use to mail the CD? I live in an apartment building whose policies on receiving packages other than US Mail are highly restrictive and usually set a mailing address for UPS and Fed Ex packages to a friends house, instead. So I am enquiring, basically, so I know where I should set my "shipping address".
