HELP!

The game used to work well, but now it is crashing.
The debug file says it's having problems with the CustomRaceWnd.dxpack file. I've tried re-installing it, but it doesn't fix it...

Some game files are saved in 'my documents/games/galciv...".

I think they remain in place when you reinstall the game.

Try deleting all the files you don't need in the above mentioned directory and see if that works?

Please go to C:\Program Files\Stardock\Totalgaming\GalCiv2 (or wherever you installed the game at), open the debug.err file you find there in notepad, and copy/paste the contents into a post here. This will give us some technical information that can help troubleshoot your problem.
