So I pre-ordered DA

Back in september - have the email to prove it an everything - and promptly fell into EVE Online. Well I fancied a game of GalCiv2 for a change on Saturday... started up stardock and was surprised to be offered the chance to buy DA again! And not offered the opportunity to D/L the beta.

(Yes I checked that "show pre-release" box)

Reinstalled Stardock: same

Sent email to sales, waiting for a reply....

Actually there is a Dark Avatar record in your account, so you should have access to the beta. Please email support@stardock.com about this and be sure to copy any error messages SDC is giving you when you try to download the DA beta. They'll be able to sort things out for you.

I have the same problem .... I've pre-orded DA but I still dont have access to the beta through Stardock.

Mo error messages..

my show beta box is ticked but Stardock is still asking me to purchase DA.

Is there another way to download DA apart from through Stardock?

No, but you should have gotten an email with your DA serial when the beta started. If you didn't (it may have been caught by any spam-blocking you have), you should contact support as Yarlen told V1mFuego. They should be able to fix you up and get you downloading.

Thank you for the quick response. I'm at work now, but I'll have another look. IIRC, the subject of error messages did not arise because there was no option to install without purchase, but I'll try again.
