Why do stardock not care?

Im just wondering why stardock do not seem to care about the problems currently involved with windowFX.

For example, everything freezing and cpu jumping to 100% with window dragging and transitions, there is endless threads here about this issue and everytime either no staff bother to reply or say 'working on it'...for how long? it's been months.

I think customers who pay for a program deserve to actually be able to use it, yes?

Most problems with WinFX are related to the amount of video power required to run some intense graphics processing.

Let's try to provide some information to assist troubleshooting.

What are you system specs?
What is the performance advice from the WinFX config?
