Accidentaly lost Account information

from GalCiv2 Forums
Not sure this is the right place to put this, but I really need some help.
When I bought this game I used a gmail account, and subsequent information (like the key to use stardock) was sent to that email address. However, I recently deleted that account without thinking to copy the stardock data (which was of course way, way back in the list).

Is there any way I can retrieve this information?

Is the gmail account the one associated with your login on these forums?

It appears you're stil using the forum account associated with that address, and if this is the case it's an easy fix.

-Click 'My Account' at the top of the page below the welcome line.
-Click the Personal Information tab.
-Log in again (for security).
-Go to the Logon Info tab and change the email address associated with your account to a new one.

After that you may need to log off the forum and clear your cookies, then log back in with the new address.

That is correct, I'm still using the same account, and my previous email adresses were the same as the one to which purchase/registration information was sent. I've now changed that adress to the new one.

However this information I don't have anymore. The serial used for stardock is still in the program somewhere, but my question is can I retrieve this information again in case I have to reinstall my PC?

So long as you're able to change the email address on your account and the serials are on that same account, you can just go to https://www.stardock.com/support/ and put in your email address to get a list of serials linked to your account sent to the listed address.

If that page does not reflect the change of address you made (i.e., it says no records found when you input the new address), you may also need to contact sales@stardock.com and have them change things on their end.
