Treasury Bug???

I am in the end game of a gigantic, all abundant, tight clusters, suicidal game. My treasury was about 500K and my net income was 25K per turn or so. I had completed researching everything (tech victory turned off) so I replaced my research tiles with stock markets as my military was beginning to eat into my revenue stream. After replacing all research tiles, buying a lot of them, but not 500K worth, I finished the turn. The next turn the Treasury was -214........ a very large negative number. All the money I owed on leases disappeared and I was grossing 50K and netting 25K per turn, but the revenue did not make a dent in the number displayed in the treasurey.

Any chance you've got an autosave from before it happened, and if so can you reproduce it?

Ok, I just saw that I was reducing the deficit amount by an amount equal to the net income. So that part is working. But, what it means is that I am debt by 2,138,605,700 right now. I reduce this by 38,616 per turn with an approval rate of 78%. If I increase the approval rate, I decrease the amount of net income, as one would expect because you are lowering the tax rate. The population is slowly increaseing and is at 1.56 T people. At this rate of reduction, I would be back in the black in 60,000 turns, roughly. An probably be 150 years old to boot.

It sounds like you got higher than the maximum length of a long number type. I could have sworn that they fixed this back in the beta. Guess we'll have to wait for someone from SD to respond to be sure though.
