Will the next Beta Build allow computers with an inferior video card/memory to run Political Machine?

I run XP with S3 Graphics ProSavage DDR.

Best guess for a new beta build is the end of next week. By then alot of the slowdown issues will hopefully be fixed, as well as memory problems and Win9x and ME incompatability bugs.
We'll have a more accurate assessment by this Saturday.

I wouldn't count on video cards with less than 16 megs of RAM being able to run The Political Machine.
