What do the rankings like lieutenant mean?

like i just finished another game and my rank is a lieutenant and I have an average game score of 17000+....what does this mean?.....and where it says sitizen, ambassador senator ect...what does that mean too?

Well As For The Ranks Its Figured From The Amount Of Games Ya Played As Far As I Can Tell.

As For The "Citizen" Thats Your Acess To Metaverse Haven't Figured Out "Yet" How That Is Changed Cause I'm Still One Myself.
