If I understand what your asking, you take the two files needed for the transtion and put them in the script sub-directory under windowfx

Take a look at this document: C:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\WindowFX\WindowFX_Scripting.doc

Then look at the scripts that came with WinFX.
