Just had an instance where wjen adding sector sweep , and then auto-attack,
to a ship, I was presented with the Out of Range panel.
Cliking on Done, the panel would return and I could not get out of that focus.
I had to kill the game.

w2k, p4 2.0, 512m, version 09.017

I have had the same problem. The message comes up about 10-15 times. Clicking OK lots of times will get out off the problem eventually.

did you try hitting the escape key (back to the menu) and then continue game. I've used that a lot when 2 screens (completed projects and tech completion hit at the same time.

Will auto-attack work in next beta?

I'll give it a go. Does Auto-attack work now? All I ever get when I try to use it is 'out of range' notifications...
