download client?

The home page says that if you need to, then you can download the game client from their website, but I can't find the page!
Can someone post a link?

You can get the non-beta patches from the website, but you cannot download the entire game. The game can only be gotten via SDC or on disc (by retail or direct order).

Okay then because it says right on the main page,

"No CD copy protection. Once you install, you never need your CD again. You can even use the included serial # to re-download the entire game from us years from now. "

SDC (Stardock Central) is the download client that you need to use to get a new copy of GalCiv II.

Yep. There is however no direct download of the game from the website (that is what I read OP to mean, sorry if that was not the case).
