Installing on new comp

Ok, After playing for several months, I got a new computer and I just want to ask, how do i go about installing it on the new computer?

If you have internet on the Computer all you have to do is install from the disk. (or redownload if you bought online version only)

If no internet then you have to take a few more steps which will require an Email verification when you install a patch on the CD version.
