extra ship moves

from GalCiv2 Forums
Whenever i load a saved game wether it is at beginning or end of a move --- all my ships get an extra round of moves
and apparrently so do the computer controlled races. What's Up?

These threads have info on this subject. have not have time to read them through yet.

Has this been fixed in the new 1.2 or is it working as designed?

Is this to create an incentive not to reload for Metaverse games and avoid reload reload cheating ?

It really hurts guys who want to play long huge maps on multiple sessions...

found a post that the developers know about it and it is not deliberate.

It is on our list but it isn't at the top of the priority list. We understand why some people think this is a big deal but please remember that everyone has their favorite feature/pet peeve/whatever.

1.2 is scheduled for this Month. If one looks at the list of improvements we made in 1.1, I think the case can be made that we haven't been exactly sitting around.

i cann't play 1.1. Loading saved games does not even work. for me in 1.1 --- So I agree you haven't been standing still --just walking backwards ( on this issue for me at least )
