I have found many old posts about spy on minor races but none of them had an answer.

Could someone tells us how to spy on minor race and if there is not possiblity to do it suggest me to do it in the info ?

Then the text on the minor race screen. the one that says you don't know much about them and should do some espionage to learn more, should be removed. Please?

Yeah, it frustrated me a lot the first several times. Then I just killed them off. But sometimes it's fun to keep them alive and help them out. But then again, that Class 15 planet is just too tempting...

Then the text is useless.

Finnally, I like the idea of a bit more presence of minor race. Spy, 2-3 planets instead of one. That would just be great.

Hey don't give ManOWar2 such a hard time. He is right. Either allow it or remove the text. Since the manual never seems to keep up with the changes being made to the game, you need to be able to rely on data being given to you from the game. Part of playing the game is knowing the rules and trying to figure out which text is right and which is wrong makes things a lot tougher in a bad way.

I agree, there is lots of text that is in need of a update. The two things that are bugging me the most is that the different governments still list a production and research bonus even though Frogboy confirmed a long time ago that they don't and aren't supposed to. And neutral alignment lists that they give additional weapons and defences when it's clear to anyone that they don't and won't ever get them.
How hard can it be to change the text?
