PLEASE help - can't register on Stardock Central

Hi all,

I cannot register my retail version of GC2 on Stardock Central. Everytime I try to it says the serial # is invalid. I registered the software on the galciv2 site with no problems, so I am not sure what gives here. I've sent email to sales@stardock.com and have had no response for several days, and have posted here with no response for several days either.

Is there someone who can tell me what I am doing wrong?
