Maximum population

How can I determine what is the maximum population per planet? I try to find out, but I can't see where it is indicated?

Also, by how many billion a fram increases your population maximum?

A farm lists how many it increases. It varies depending on the tech, but I believe base is 4.

The formula is Maximum Population (in billions) = 0.02 * ( ( PQ + 1 ) ^ 3 )
