Who is the narrator we hear speaking at the start up of Galactic Civilization II?

I think the way she does it is awesome, making you sit on the edge of your seat...

I'm not sure of the narrator, but I know the tutorials are done by Kristen Hatcher, who does the poweruser.tv podcast. It might be her doing the intro.
