Possible Bug

Or I just have bad luck.

Hello, I'm not sure if this is a bug or if I just have bad luck. When starting a random game I almost always have another civ start right next to mine. It doesn't seem to matter what settings I make the map with. Recently I started a Huge map with only 2 other civs, both were right next to mine. This doesn't happen every time but often enough to make me wonder if it is just luck or a bug.

Also when I start a random game with a custom race the Iconians always start with Hostile relations with me and the Dregin start with Friendly, this reverts to Neutral within a couple of turns so it is not a big deal, just strange.

I'm currently running the 1.10[b3].014. The first problem I noticed in the second beta but didn't get around to posting about it. The second I just noticed. If anyone else can verify whether or not the first one is a bug and perhaps what may be causing the second let me know.

First part I believe is just the quirks of the RNG. Luck if you will. You can use Cntrl-N (by design - SD made it easy to use on purpose) to re-draw the map as many times as you want without losing any other starting changes to get a starting position you want to play....

The second I can't comment on as I have yet to be able to play the new Beta....
