Greetings! The game crashes on me a lot with the second beta patch, I love the game, I want to help.. 
I have all the newest drivers installed... everything is tip top. The game just crashed to the desktop for the 300th time a minute ago and I thought I'd save the report that XP generates for you to look at if you like. Is there an email address I can mail "d355_appcompat.txt" to?
