Difficulty finding things on large maps
and a nice solution

Problem:
In large or bigger maps I find it exceedingly difficult to find where events have happend; such as the invasion of a planet or the loss of a fleet etc. I also find it very hard to find 1 planet or star out of all of them.
One possible solution:
add a search button which returns a list of planets/stars which match the query. (it would also be nice to be able to get a list of habitiable , uncolonized stars, which you've explored)
and secondly if you could add an icon that drops down on the right like the ship created icon , but its function is to take you to an invaded planet.
