Abilities Window just black

Hi!
I ran into a bug described here:
When you try to see other races abilities (after got espionage advanced high on Yor Civ) you can see their abilities, but when you click on another report and go back to their abilities the window is just black and nothing is displayed. it works again when you click on another race and return the race you want to view.
