New race popped up late game: jarkians.
The diplomacy screen of them saying hello appeared. I closed it.
I had a spare transport in range, so I invaded their planet the first turn they appeared! After all, they start with all kinds of tech and I didn't want them trading it.
Emergency vote popped up The text was: "should we go to war against the %s"
All the other text (after I conquered them) was fine and listed "the Jarkians have fallen" etc.
