Ship Queues?

Dont know if somehow I'm missing this but it looks like there is no way to build a construction queue for your shipyards simniliar to your colony's social build queue. IE id like to tell some planets build defender, defender, constructor, transport, constructor in that order , and other planets a different list, instead of the build current ship until changed option

Newp. No way to do this. The devs felt that this feature would introduce too much of a micromanagement burden on the users. Be prepared to either have too many fighters or go through lengthy, convoluted gyrations to work around it.

Personally I keep a close eye on the shipyard screen and when my defenders reach a number evenly divisible by the number of planets I manually redeploy them. Might not work on higher difficulty.
