They're supposed to have a 100% Loyalty Bonus. Does that mean that, even with a 100% tax rate with 1% approval, none of your Yor worlds will ever defect or splinter off to form it's own civ?

No, it's a bonus to loyalty, not 100% loyalty. Basically they are twice as hard to flip to another race.

Yep harder to influence flip but still do-able.

anyone has noticed if yor planets need in the parenthesis 8 instead of 4 to flip to another race?
