HELP MEEE

Unfortunatly the more i play this game the more i hate it Im completely new to this game. One of the things i dont like about this game is that it takes me for ever to do anything. Last game i had 4 planets and still i had fallen behind and on the search tree thingy theres so many things i want to at the same time but i cant so its kinda confusing. So ya im getting kinda bored with this game because it takes me a year to do anything, so hopefully i can start enjoying this game. Any advices will be apreciated.

What are you talking about? It's a turn-based strategy game, it's supposed to be long and boring. That's the appeal.

In any case: try starting with a race that has technology and economy bonuses (and spend your ability points on those). Also, trade techs with the other civs, especially the minor ones.

try the following:

- lower difficult-settings
- Smaller maps
- set research rate at high for faster researching

if that not helps: Buy a fast 'n easy RTS-Clickfest (sorry, could'nt resist)
