In the manual i'v seen that we can control the game camera by holding middle mouse button. i'v got a logitech mouse and that don't work. I havn't see anything to replace the middle button. Is there a solution please ?

(And excuse me for my english, if i have made some errors, French here)

Check your logitech configuration software. There should be a way there to activate your middle mouse button.

You should have a scroll wheel. If you click your scroll wheel it's what is considered the middle mouse button.

I have the same problem with Logitech G5. I'm sure he knows the wheel is the middle button. The only way I discovered for my middle mouse clicks to become recognizable is if in the configuration utility, i.e., SetPoint, under "games tab" I enable OS commands over SetPoint commands. If someone with G5 has another suggestion I'm all ears.
The retarded Setpoint utility allows you to configure every funciton of the scroll wheel (e.g., , tilt wheel, scroll wheel) except its clicks. I usually got around the problem by reconfiguring the keys within the game, but I couldn't find a way to do it in GalCivII

I'd like to see a controls configuration within GalCivII allowing a user to reassign certain mouse controls, or add a keyboard key to perform the same function (e.g., rotating the map) thereby allowing us to assign the keyboard key to another mouse button.

I had to reset the middle button on my mouse in the configuration file from "scroll" to "middle button". Most mice are set so that hitting the middle button will set up a scroll function when you press them. (You see the double arrows appear in a word processor or so, and moving the mouse will scroll the document.) If you can change this to "middle button" this should fix it.
