Custom Race Logistics?

I think this is a bug. I don't know why it does it... but here goes.

When you're creating a new race. If you save that race, and reload it, your logistic race bonus gets bumped up like 4 points. You can keep doing this again and again, and it'll keep going up and up. I didn't even realize why my race had +30 logistics as a race bonus, and my other custom race didn't... trying to figure out how, led me to find this bug.

Yes I get the same behaviour, the social production and diplomacy skills also change a lot when saving and reloading.
