Building Starport on a special resource

Can anyone enlighten me whether a starport built on a tile with manufacturing special resource receive any benefit to ship construction time? If so is it better to use such a tile to build a starport there of should I rather build a factory on such a tile?

Building a starport on a special tile yields zero benefit.

starport only enables ship construction. it doesnt produce the ships at all, thats what factories are for.
