MISSING FARM TECH!

While tring to understand some of the XML and correct a few obvious over sites like more advanced buildings have LESS bonus then previous ones I noticed something on farms. First off the Last 2 farms give the SAME amount of food production which when I saw this ingame was like HUH?! WTH? Secound was I noticed there are 2 higher farms in the improvements file that don't appear in the game. They require Tech FOUR and FIVE yet the farming tech only goes up to THREE ingame?

How could you even use those techs? Your population would go nuts. It's hard to keep it afloat with Xeno Farms and Zero-G Sports if you go to 20 Billion or more on an Earthlike planet, let alone what that would do to your approval rating.

Well i'm sure if you had maxed out 2 or so morale resources you could have 20+ billion citizens. So far i've gotten 31 billion with a level 23 planet and had 89% morale
