SN from Stardock not working

I have purchase the game and have it gifted to my wife. The process went fine . The emails were sent and the serial number was included.

I installed Stardock Central and the problem that I'm having is that I can't get it to register the game I purchased for download.

Has anyone ran across this?

I'm a bit frustrated and not sure what I should do. I have sent an email to sales@stardock regarding the issue.
