Espionage...

How do I perform espionage on minor races? I see where I can spend money to perform it on the major races, but nowhere can I see how to perform it on the minor races. I spent quite a bit on the major races, thinking perhaps it would spill ove, but it never did.

Alas, Todd is right. It seems the Snathi just aren't important enough for our spies. Etiher that or they kept killing our operatives and using their heads to store nuts.

I just wondered because every time I clicked on a minor race ship or planet, it kept telling me to raise my espionage level, but I could find no way to do that.

Yeah. That is odd. My best guess is that it's a feature that never got into the UI.
