Need help with Game Serial Number!

I bought the game via the Stardock Store this morning, the order went through normally, except I never received my email with the serial number, the download link, or anything else. Luckily I printed a copy of the screen receipt so I have my order number. I sent a note to sales@stardock.com, but would hate to have to wait until at least Monday to get this resolved. Any ideas?

John - Sorry for your trouble. Our databses were down this morning (~4am to 10am EST Saturday the 25th). They are back up now, so hopefully you'll get your serial number soon, if you haven't already.

No luck yet, but that actually explains a lot, the site seemed slow. Is there anyway to check and see if I'm actually in the database as ordering?

Well, if you try the serial emailer at https://www.stardock.com/support/ you should know if your order has gone through. I don't think it will take your money and not give you a serial - and if it did, I'm sure sales could sort it.

As for if it's in the queue, I do not know that there is any public interface to that. Not my area.

Yeah, its finally showing up on the Serial Emailer, I tried several times earlier, but all it showed was Stardock. Now it shows both, but everytime I start up stardock, my login fails...

I'll try again in a little bit, it might just be high traffic, its odd though, I can log in through IE fine, but loggin in through Stardock is a no-go.

Odd. Works fine for me, right now at least.
