Can't Register

I can't register Gal Civ 2, and I'm not happy! Stardock either says I have an invalid serial # or that I registered the game with another email address. Its a legit copy, purchsed at Best Buy in Lincoln, NE yesterday.
I've had a Stardock account since March 2003.

Please email me the serial number you are trying to register so I can find out what the problem is.  (pford@stardock.com)

And if you will, please title the email as "GC2: Registration Failed" so I can spot it easier.

I had the same problem until I logged out and then logged back in to the GalCiv site. Dunno if that'll help in your case, Kulgen, but you never know. I'd sent a msg to Stardock support about it an hour ago because I couldn't even write a forum msg to complain. It's fixed now, so T-Man, if you'd kindly delete my request for help that I'd sent about an hour ago with the heading "GalCiv2 - logging in and downloadinng patches". Thanks for the support and for the game.
