I WOULD SQUASH YOU

well, i'm playing on normal, and i have had some transports sitting outside of the yor. I kinda forgot i left them there. But anyway a message comes up taht says, my generals may be to dumb to see your transports sitting next to my planets. please, i would squase you if you set the game to "intellegent". The thing is he has no ships because the dregin is hammering him. so i say "Please, you are worthless Mr. Yor!" Anyway, if i were going to take over the yor and had transports sitting next to his planet for a while, i would expect him to attack. is there anyway you could make some code for normal for this circumstance instead of me having to pley intellegent against the AI. I would be happy to see the only difference between the Normal and Intelegent would be economic status. I think it would be fun if they were able to think on normal like they think on intellegent. But of course intellegent does mean smarter so, whatever, my two cents

Why dont you just up the difficulty then. Why make a lower difficulty like the one below it if all you had to do was move up? Sir I am getting an ID 10 T error I dont know what it means.

On intelengent they think smarter then on normal, look in the manual it tells you whats different. I just wish that i could keep them at 70% economic and still have them think like they do on intellegent. Kind of a hybrid.

Exactly - discrete sliders for intelligence and bonuses would be ideal. But don't worry, Frogboy said he wanted that in (IIRC) so we should see it sometime.

Yeah, I think this kind of system would be nice - where you can tweak both the AI intelligence level and handicap them one way or another for resources.

I prefer to play on the most level playing field but I still think it'd be nice to have those options.
