Turn button not re-appearing.

This is generally occurring after I have been in the same game for a while, but I'll hit the 'Turn' button in the lower right hand corner at the end of my turn, and will wait for as long as 20 minutes, and it won't pop back up again to let me declare the end of my turn again.

Any others having this problem? If I quicksave and exit, then come back, it lets me take a few more turns before the same problem occurs.

Please advise.

I saw the same thing. However, when I went to exit, I replied no to the final are you sure message and it came back. I've only seen it once so I'm not sure if that will work for you. If it does, at least you won't have to exit completely. After I did this, I stayed for the rest of that session, at least a couple more hours.
