Obsolete Ships

Ive found a bug, its pretty annoying. If you try to use the governer to change planets building nothing to something else, it simply wont work on planets that were switching to nothing from obsoleting ships. On another note, when I minimized to make this post and tried to maximixe again, the game crashed
