String not found message

I got the same "string not found" Message with the Carinoids. (I am at war with them and whanted to speak to them)

Is this the threaed to collect all of the string not found messages?

Here is one that I have been getting for a few builds now:

1). Open the planet list.
2). click on one of the planets in the planet list.
3). Click on the "planet" between the left and right arrows in the planet view.
4). Move the cursor away from, then back to the "planet" between the left and right arrows and you get a popup ("tool tip"?) with the text "string not found".
