Ive installed the newer version of Stardock but i dont see GalCiv2 as a DL optioin. Am i missing a step. Do i need to get a totalgaming.net # or a special number from my CD preorder? What am i missing?

You need to wait for your stardock serial number. If you are a beta tester you should have that one. If you were a beta tester and don't have your serial number you can do a lookup in Stardock central. If you just preordered, you'll get it later on today.
