Can I tie a Portrait to a particular AI name?

Hi, first post on here. Been doing lots of reading, some of which I've gotten the hang of. My question today is: Can I make a portrait be used when a particular faction name is chosen?

Example:

I have 9 different random name choices for TEC. Can I make a portrait for each, or is it just using a random selection of the three pre-installed ones?

 

I am trying to do a Destiny Edition of Maelstrom (Diplomacy Standard v1.37). For the Vanguard (TEC reskin) there will be several factions - New Monarchy, Dead Orbit, Future War Cult, Disciples of Osiris, and maybe one other. So can I make it to where if Dead Orbit is chosen by the AI, a picture of Arach Jalaal ALWAYS shows?

No. Sins basically uses random names for everything.

In theory it may be possible with custom maps, but I haven't really tried it honestly.
