haha well moding string files is merealy just renaming the name or description of a entity. so no there is no programe that i kno of that does what u want i think. Writting string files for mod is alwas the most time consuming thing 
My guess is that your getting string not found in some game content well all i can say is use the devolper to find the mssing string and then put in either a name ordescriptoion for the file or entity.
